Taking agile quality assurance to a new level: Software-QS-Tag 2018 examines continuous integration, delivery and deployment

Moehrendorf, 24 May 2018 – Continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment: Continuous ‚Everything’! Which strategies, techniques and tools are necessary in order to take the quality assurance of software and IT systems to the next level? This year’s Software-QS-Tag will provide the answers. Tickets are now available.

Agility paved the way for a new speed in software development. Software and IT-based systems are to be developed within an ever shorter period of time at lowest possible costs and with high quality. Short release cycles are a key success factor. For this purpose, the QA and testing of the systems have to be automated throughout the entire process – from the tool-supported administration and verification of requirements, through completely automated statistic and dynamic tests to automatic deployment into the target environment.
According to the motto “Continuous ‘Everything’” the Software-QS-Tag 2018 presents and discusses what makes quality assurance and testing in companies and organisations more agile, faster and even more competitive. The leading conference for software QA and testing in the German-speaking area takes place on 18th and 19th October in Frankfurt on the Main, Germany.
Attendees can customize their programme from around 60 lectures, workshops and tutorials. There are five parallel tracks about requirements & (agile) scaling, test management, test methods and monitoring, test automation and deployment as well as special topics. So attendees – from junior specialists up to senior managers – have the choice between deepening their professional knowledge in their specialized field and learning something new from the neighbouring disciplines. Solutions and best practices from the most different industries are presented.
The conference presents every year a new challenging key issue running like a golden thread through all slots of the conference. In a relaxed and collegial atmosphere the Software-QS-Tag provides space for attendees, speakers, tutorial and workshop instructors as well as exhibitors to swap ideas and do networking.
German-language on-site trainings from the imbus Academy take place on the days before the conference: The trainings “Agile Tester Extension ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (XXL)” and “Quality Engineering für das Internet der Dinge (CPIoT)“ can be selected.
The Software-QS-Tag 2018 is supported by the media partner Neue Mediengesellschaft Ulm mbH.
In addition to that the conference is accompanied by a technical exhibition with major tool manufacturers and service providers. A joint event dinner immediately after the first conference day completes the programme.
